B | 检察机关在审查起诉阶段，依法告知了被告人金之镇享有的诉讼权利，并讯问了被告人，听取了辩护人的意见。检察机关起诉指控：被告人金之镇利用担任新疆维吾尔自治区计划委员会市场处副主任科员，新疆维吾尔自治区发展计划委员会经贸流通处副处长，新疆化工(集团)有限责任公司党委委员、副总经理，新疆国际经济合作(集团)有限责任公司党委书记、董事长，昌吉回族自治州党委副书记、州长，新疆维吾尔自治区政协党组成员、副主席，新疆维吾尔自治区人民政府国有资产监督管理委员会党委书记、副主任等职务上的便利以及职权或者地位形成的便利条件，为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人财物，数额特别巨大，依法应当以受贿罪追究其刑事责任。
