D | 随着IPv6单栈加IPv4aaS的发展，互联网基础资源也面临新的需求，这同样意味着新的创新空间。互联网基础资源仍蕴藏着巨大的潜力，其功能有待进一步开发，以更好适应AI和智能体应用的发展。 由于历史原因，中国在互联网基础资源获取方面通常处于相对被动的位置。
